I finally obtained the log files myself and there is no sign of an issue. Here's some instructions on how to get to those right here:Īlso, include the OP in your email, will make it easier to know it's you. Can you send an email to and include your log files? Those files will have some basic info on what's going on when you try to go into your settings and will help us narrow down what's going on.
